Thank you for showing interest in my photography offering. Below you will find a step by step guide to what happens from the moment you get in touch to receiving your beautiful photos, as well as the pricing details. If however, the information you were looking for is missing please head to the Contact page and let me answer your questions directly.
How will you prepare my family session?
I start by arranging a conversation so that you can share your expectations towards the shoot and I can ask a few simple questions to learn a bit about yourselves. This is needed so that I can create a truly bespoke plan for the shooting day, ensure the experience feels comfortable and the photos turn out authentic. Depending on your preference, we shall meet in person, discuss over phone or have a video chat. Alternatively, you may provide this information through filling out a short questionnaire.
If you decide for the photoshoot to take place at your home, I will share with you some tips on how to get the most of it in terms of light and space. Should you opt for an outdoor session, I will offer the charming and diverse locations I have up my sleeve - in and around Fulham and Putney or further afield in London. In case you choose multiple settings, we will make sure that the plan includes enough time to travel between them.
A frequent concern is the capricious London weather. While we can certainly wait out a light drizzle, I appreciate that you may become anxious about a long awaited family day turning into a washout if the forecast is poor. Well, worry not! I offer a one time option to postpone the shoot to a later date, free of charge.
Once we have agreed on the vision for the shoot and turned the time, the location and other practical details into a solid plan, all that is left is to pop the date into your diary and start counting the days!
So what exactly happens on the day?
I always arrive well in time to dot the i’s and cross the t’s so that we can make the most of the shooting time. Whenever I work with children I pay special attention that they are having loads of fun and are comfortable with the pace of the photoshoot. If at any point someone feels like running out of energy, we will take a breather and adjust the rhythm.
I strive to capture your unique personalities and authentic emotions so that I can offer you photos that will evoke cherished memories for years. The key to do that is to help you settle into natural, joyful mood so that you enjoy every bit of the experience. We seamlessly transition from the slightly more prepared shots and situations to any ideas you come up with on the spot. I offer gentle guidance throughout the session to spark spontaneous reactions that make the photos oh-so vivid.
Pets are more than welcome! They help you feel relaxed and natural and make fantastic models themselves. Have a look at these photos I took during one of such sessions for an example of how even the laziest ones can steal the show before you know it.
But when do I get to see the results?
After a vibrant and joyous session it is only right that you head back home (or see me out if we are at your place already!) and have yourselves a well-earned rest. But that is also when the next, crucial stage of my creative process begins. I back up the photos and follow a thorough culling process to select the most appealing ones. Then, I go over each of them individually to digitally edit it and retouch if necessary. I pride myself on being able to preserve the authenticity and natural feel of pictures instead of overly altering them.
No later than three weeks after the session the edited photos are made available for you to view in a password-secured online gallery. Usually there are around 15 per an hour of shooting. You select the photos you wish to obtain, in the number stipulated by the package you chose while booking the session. You can purchase additional photos if you wish to - please see the pricing details below for further details on this and the packages.
The pictures are delivered to you through a secure digital download service. You receive them in two formats, one ideal for social media and the other for printing.

Pricing
I believe that clients of any professional service should expect no less than a transparent pricing structure that they can fully evaluate upfront. My packages are designed so that the offering is flexible and caters to varied expectations, budgets and time constraints. If, however, you feel like your enquiry does not match any of them, please contact me and I will respond with a custom quote.
The package you select is mentioned in the contract we sign end guarantees you a minimal number of photos you will receive. Usually I produce around twice that number of pictures form the session so that you get to choose from a wider collection and purchase additional ones if you wish to. The cost of such additional photo is also dictated by the selected package. Half of the package’s price is paid upon signing the agreement and the other half at the end of the session. As mentioned above, you are entitled to postpone the session to a later date one time, at no additional cost. In such case, I require a notice no later than 24 hours before the session.
